Our Wedding

Welcome to our family blog!
So.... we got married three weeks ago, it was the wedding of my dreams... white dress and all!
My father and sister flew over from Italy and so did lots of my aunties, it was great to see them again, I think that last time we were all together like that was when I was 12 at my auntie Elena's wedding, so this was a great chance for everyone to meet up again!
We also had lots of friends, they flew in from all over the world... well Europe anyway... as far as Cyprus and Rome!
Unfortunately Andrew's mum couldn't come... but then, neither could mine!
Thankfully we had a few "borrowed mums" and they all rallied around us and helped us making this the best day of our lives so far!!
Oh... gosh I feel so emotional just thinking back to that day...
so... let's start from the beginning...
This is a picture of the South Kensington LDS chapel in Central London were the ceremony took place. the weather was perfect, so we were able to take lots of pictures outdoors!
So.. here I was, in the car after a crazy morning trying to get ready in time... my Sabrina - the angel without whom that day would have NEVER EVER been nearly as good as it was - was driving the car to get to the chapel (girl's power!) when we hit a LOT of unexpected traffic... I was absolutely freaking out!
But then... I realized that it's slightly hard to start a wedding without the bride.. so I somehow managed to relax.
We got there 25 minutes late, but at the end of the day... I am always late for everything... it wouldn't have been right to break a pattern ... no?!

Ok, so... I got to the church, we did ask people not take pictures inside the chapel, but you know how people are... flashes started flashing and... well, at least the pictures came up well!
My absolute favorite ones are Kim and Lilly's... they look absolutely beautiful!

my daddy finally got to walk me down the aisle!

what can I say... hand's off girls... you're too late, he's all mine!!!
Everyone was commenting that I looked nice that day, but personally I
thought that Andrew looked stunning!

I couldn't have been prouder, not only the girls looked wonderful,
but they also both behaved impeccably...

Your right Andrew did look stunning on your wedding day but who ever pays attention to the groom and how good he looks. Wedding are all about the bride. Congrats on starting your own blog and of course about getting married, but I have already congratulated you on that before!!!!
